    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 75

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "CLARIFYING RESTRICTIONS ON RECEIPT OF GIFTS;".

    2. On page 1, line 20, before the period, insert "; REPEALING SECTION 22-11-5.1 NMSA 1978 (BEING LAWS 1999, CHAPTER 153, SECTION 2, AS AMENDED)".

 

    3. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

 

    4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    5. On page 17, between lines 13 and 14, insert:

 

    "SECTION 6. REPEAL.--Section 22-11-5.1 NMSA 1978 (being Laws 1999, Chapter 153, Section 2, as amended) is repealed.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
